The Star of Sathorn is the first all day free lounge boutique hotel and the first hotel that provides effective communication for guests who are deaf and mute in Thailand.

We are opening in the Songkarn Thai New Year 2016 offering stylish luxury and affordable accommodation, centrally located in Sathorn-Taksin, Bangkok. We are only two minutes walk from BTS Wongwian-Yai Station.

Concept
The Star of Sathorn aims to become a new type of hotel that never fails to satisfy the needs of our guests. Our hotel welcomes guests from all around the world who visit Bangkok for different reasons, some for business, some for celebrating special occasions. Especially, we are able to support guests who are deaf and mute.
We provide the highest quality boutique luxury accommodation experience, beginning with welcome all day free lounge, the daily complimentary bakery, snacks and drinks together with free healthy breakfast, use of laundry machine and hotel shuttle service.

The Star of Sathron Hotel offers a selection of 15 Stylish decorated King, Twin and Triple Studio Units, Family One Bedroom Suite for Triple and Quad room with various designed exclusive furnishings.

Each of our fine quality rooms with Chic interior is designed as you travel to the famous cities around the world. Guests can rest after a long day of travel on a top quality mattress and pillow engineered to optimize the quality of sleep.

Terms and Conditions
- Prices are based on two adults and one child occupying the same room using existing bedding.
- Extra guest sharing the same room THB.450 per person included breakfast and extra sofa bed in Arabian style room or futon in Japanese style room.
- Above Rate are net prices.

The Hotel will consider your reservations as cancelled if you do not check-in by your indicated arrival time and have not contacted the hotel. Always contact the hotel if you will arrive later than the planned time.

Check-Out Time
12:00 am
Late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement.
In case of Check out time is out of working hour (7:00 am.-7:00pm.) we ask you inform our reception staff during office hours in advance.

Children Policy
- Child ages are 1 to 5 years old stay free with free breakfast
- Child ages 6-10 rates are 200 THB /person using existing bedding with free breakfast.
- Child ages 11 or more will be charge as adult.

Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at check-in time.
- Accepted Cash in Thai Baht

Deposit
- 1,000 THB at check-in time.
- Other currency Cash are accepted.
- Deposit will be return when check-out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival, In case of no show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.  In case of early departure not notified to the front desk before 12:00 (noon) 2 days prior, the night resulting in late cancellation status will be charged as an early departure fee.

• There is no curfew for guests who have already checked in.
• When you go outside the hotel, please leave the room key at the front desk for daily house keeping service, you can go outside with the key card for Hotel Main Entrance access

Healthy free Breakfast
Start the day with our Healthy Breakfast or Grab & Go Breakfast option.
Breakfast is served every morning at “The Star Club” We offer our guests a buffet featuring a wide selection of continental breakfast and Thai food. There is always a pre-book selection at the reception of variety different main dishes on our menu, and each is carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients in season. Enjoy the dishes of your choice!

The Star Club Lounge

The daily complimentary Coffee and a variety of Bakery, Snack & Drinks are available all day (9:30-9:00pm.).
Laundry room
The laundry room is a great facility for extended-stay guests. Washing machines, Dryer and detergent are free of charge for Star Club Members who booked up to 3 nights. (Extra charge 100THB/use of both of Washing and Dryer with serviced detergent for non Hotel member ).

Convenience Store
Seven Elevens convenience store (open 24/7) and ATM machines are just within 50 meters of the hotel.

Smoking
Guests will not perform disturbing, unhealthy, noxious, hazardous or illicit acts. Smoking is permitted only on outside the hotel. Each time smoking will be detected in non-smoking areas balcony or in rooms, a cleaning fee of Baht 2,000 will be charged.

Pets
We regret that no pets are allowed in the hotel’s premises.

Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:
- May cause damage to the property of the Hotel or other guests
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behavior
- Is younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
