STAYING AT 3J. COURT LUXURIOUS, very accommodating, the main Lobby is fabulous with Chandelier, rooms are available in several sizes and types. Each room is fully furnished as a 3 star hotel room. Tenants with six months or more rental contract can choose colors of room and furniture to his or her preference. 3J. COURT is on 6.5 rai (2.6 acres) of land decorated with water fountains and gardens to make it, CITY GARDEN HOME. 24 hour Food and Drinks Restaurant, Reading Room are available. Each building has its own lobby. CONVENIENCE for Every thing. On the main road, next to Bus Stop, Cross Over Bridge, near Express River Bus Pier. Traveling by Bus or Boat or walking are all convenient for both going or coming back. SAFE for all aspects, Twelve Security Guards all are 3J. COURT employees, working only 8 hours per shift, provide peace and security and are available for assistance 24 hour per day every day. Every room is equipped with all safety features. Entry and Exit from each building is controlled by Key-Card and recorded by CCTV.
Ladies only floors are available.
EMPLOYEES ARE VERY GOOD. All are company employees and well trained, with welfare higher than legal requirements and equality at work as incentive. OTHER AMENITIES 7-11 Convenience Store, Laundry Service, Post Office, ATM Machine, Food Court are all available in the compound.
LONG TERM STAY. As serviced apartments we are permitted by law to provide only monthly accommodation, not daily basis. However we do provide cleaning service per request. We do have a good mix of foreign tenants at all time.
