2 Bedroom condo for rent full furnished near BTS On Nut

The room is located in Diamond Sukhumvit condo which is a high rise building with just 5 minutes walk from BTS On Nut.

Other facilities at the condo includes a 25 meters swimming pool, gym, sauna, parking, 24-hours lobby, laundry room, and common room with WIFI internet.

It is very close to Tesco Lotus in case you need to buy anything. There are also many street foods restaurant at night and 24-hour convenient store (7-11) within 5 minutes walk.

The space

The apartment is located on the 5th floor in a high-rise condominium. Designed to accommodate a small family of 3 (parents and child) or a group of friends. If you are ok in squeezing in, it can accommodate 4 as we provide sofa bed as well. It is non-smoking room.

The room is provided with a fast internet WIFI and TV. The room is on the same floor as the swimming pool, gym, sauna room, and a reading room. The kitchen includes basic utensils for your cooking needs. Bathroom has a shower with heater and contains mostly basic bath amenities. Towels, shampoo, and soap will be provided.

Guest access
The building has a swimming pool, gym, and reading/ relaxing area which the guests can use anytime during the day and upto 10PM.

Please note the following:-
1) You will have to provide us with your flight itinerary to arrange the giving of keys and returning. For arrivals from 9AM to 6PM, we can arrange to meet you at the place itself.

2) If you make a reservation and cancel within 24 hours, there will be a THB 1,500 service fee. If the reservation is cancelled between 24-72 hours, a service charge of THB 800 will charge.

3) Check out time should not be later than 12PM on the last day of your stay (we have to prepare the room for our next guests).

4) Lost key cards will be charge THB 1,000
