Price: 12,000 baht/month

Conditions:

Water fee 200 baht/month

Electricity 7 baht/unit

Cleaning: If you use our pillow,
bed and blanket sheet,
please let us change them every week.

It costs 400 Baht per time include

(We will give you back when you move out)
