Located in Hat Yai, Pun Mansion is conveniently situated close to Hatyai Hospital, Hat Yai Fountain Circle, Jiranakorn Stadium, local markets, Mini Big C, Sikarin Hat Yai Hospital, and even a 7-Eleven for your everyday needs.

Here are our rates:
- **Daily rate:** 440 baht
- **Monthly options:**
- 4,000 baht for rooms on the 4th floor
- 4,500 baht for rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors

We offer a choice of comfy twin or queen beds to suit your preference!

Our cozy facilities include:
- Air conditioning to keep you cool
- Free Wifi
- A refrigerator for your snacks
- Television for your entertainment
- Fully furnished rooms
- A dining table
- Your own private bathroom
- A lovely balcony where you can cook or dry clothes
- A convenient sink

You can easily move in with just one bag!

A couple of quick notes:
- The water fee is just 150 baht per person per month 💦
- The electricity fee is 7 baht per unit 💥

To get started, just remember that for your first move-in, we require 1 month's rent in advance along with a deposit of 2,000 baht.
